What is this?

When something goes wrong — a fall, chest pain, confusion — first responders need your medical info in seconds, not minutes. They may not know your name, your medications, or your DNR wishes.

The QR code solves that. Anyone with a smartphone can scan it — no app to download, no account to create. In that moment, they see only what you chose to share.

Who is it for? EMTs, ER nurses, and senior care facility staff. Anyone who needs your critical information in an emergency — and doesn't have time to dig through folders.

How to set it up:

  1. Go to Emergency QR in your dashboard. Click Create QR Code.
  2. Choose what they see. Pick medications, allergies, DNR status, emergency contacts, and insurance — or include everything.
  3. Set a time limit. Pick 1 hour, 24 hours, or up to 7 days. When time runs out, the code stops working automatically.
  4. Print or save it. Keep a copy in your wallet, on the fridge, or in your medication drawer. Anyone can scan it in an emergency.
