Welcome to My Wishkeeper. By using our service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
My Wishkeeper is a secure document vault for end-of-life planning documents. You can upload advance directives (DNRs, living wills, healthcare proxies), medication lists, emergency contacts, insurance cards, and government IDs. You can share documents with caregivers via secure links or generate time-limited emergency QR codes.
We provide the service as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, though we aim for 99%+ uptime. We are not a medical or legal service — our documents are personal planning records, not clinical records.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at hello@wishkeeper.com.
You may not share your account credentials with others. Each user must have their own account.
You retain full ownership of all documents and information you upload. We do not claim any rights to your content. We store your documents securely and serve them only as you direct (via share links, QR codes, or the dashboard).
By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to do so — that you own the documents or have permission from the document owner to store and share them.
Share links and QR codes give other people access to specific documents you choose. You control who receives links and when links expire. You can revoke access at any time by deleting the share link or QR code from your dashboard.
QR codes are scoped to the documents you select — they do not give access to all documents in your vault unless you choose to include them.
My Wishkeeper is available for $99/year per family account. All fees are billed through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice; your existing subscription runs through its current period at the rate you paid.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied — contact hello@wishkeeper.com. We do not provide refunds for unused time after 14 days, except where required by law.
Facility partnership pricing is negotiated separately. If you represent a senior care facility and have agreed to a facility subscription, your terms are governed by your separate agreement. Contact us at hello@wishkeeper.com for details.
Do not use My Wishkeeper to store or share illegal content, content that infringes on others' rights, or content that violates applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
My Wishkeeper is a document storage and sharing tool — not a law firm, medical practice, or licensed financial advisor. We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. Consult a licensed attorney or medical professional for guidance on your end-of-life planning decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, My Wishkeeper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Wishkeeper and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we retain your data per our data retention policy (see the Privacy Policy).
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you via email or a notice in the product. Your continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
